Privacy Policy

Psychic Angel is the spiritual guidance and love coaching practice of Katherine. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Psychic Angel is the "data controller" — meaning we decide what information is collected and why.

If you have any question about your information, or you would like a copy of what we hold, please email Info@psychicangel.co.uk. We aim to reply within 48 hours.

If you send a message through the website's enquiry form, we collect the name, email address and message you choose to give us. That is all the website itself collects.

If you book a session, you will also give information — such as your name, email address and answers to the pre-session questionnaire — through our booking system. If you pay for a session, your payment is handled by the payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

During a reading, you may choose to share personal details about your life and relationships. Notes taken during a session are kept only so that your follow-up summary can be written, and are not shared with anyone.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. We do not build a profile of you, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

To reply to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver a session you have booked, to send you the summary and notes from your reading, and to keep the records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes.

If you choose to join the mailing list, we use your email address to send occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and we will stop immediately.

We use a small number of trusted services to run the practice. Each of these only receives what it needs to do its job:

Our booking system, to schedule sessions and store your booking details. Our video call provider, to hold the session itself. Our payment provider, to take payment securely. Our website host, which processes the technical request your browser makes when you visit the site. Our email provider, to receive and reply to your messages, and our mailing list provider, if you have chosen to subscribe.

We do not give your information to anyone else, unless we are legally required to.

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and then deleted. Booking and payment records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Session notes are deleted once your follow-up summary has been sent, unless you have booked an ongoing coaching programme, in which case they are kept for the length of the programme.

Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. You can also object to us using it, or ask for a copy of it in a portable format.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
