We use a small number of trusted services to run the practice. Each of these only receives what it needs to do its job.

Vercel hosts the website and processes the technical request your browser makes when you visit it. Formspree passes messages sent through the enquiry and sign-up forms on to us by email. Zencal provides the booking calendar and stores your booking details. Our video call provider hosts the session itself. Our payment provider takes payment securely. Our email provider receives and stores our correspondence with you, and our mailing list provider holds your details if you have chosen to subscribe.

We take reasonable steps to use appropriate providers and to ensure that appropriate data protection arrangements are in place where required.

Because the services a website uses can change over time, this Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary to reflect them.

The booking calendar is built into the contact section of this website rather than sitting on a separate site. That means your browser connects to Zencal when you reach that part of the page, whether or not you go on to book, and Zencal may set cookies of its own and see your IP address.
