Psychic Angel provides love and relationship manifestation coaching designed to support personal reflection, self-awareness, mindset development and personal growth in relation to love and relationships.

Coaching is a supportive service and is not a promise or guarantee that you will attract a particular person, relationship or specific outcome.

Your results will depend on your own circumstances, choices, actions and many other factors outside our control. No specific romantic, relationship or manifestation result is guaranteed.

Coaching does not replace professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice. If you require specialist professional support, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Tarot readings offered by Psychic Angel are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

Tarot is not a factual prediction of the future, and readings should not be treated as a guarantee of future events or outcomes.

Tarot readings should not be relied upon when making decisions relating to your health, mental health, finances, legal matters, safety or other significant life decisions. You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions.

Psychic Angel cannot guarantee that you will attract a particular person; reconcile with an ex-partner; enter into or remain in a particular relationship; receive a specific message, contact or commitment from another person; achieve a particular manifestation; or experience a specific result from coaching or tarot.

Any examples, experiences or testimonials shared by Psychic Angel are individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Sessions must be booked and paid for in accordance with the booking and payment arrangements provided at the time of purchase.

There is no 5-minute guarantee or trial period.

Once a session has been booked and payment has been made, the payment is non-refundable, subject to any cancellation or refund rights that may apply under applicable law.

If you need to change your appointment, you may transfer your booking to another available date by providing written notice at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. The new appointment will be subject to availability.

If you provide less than 48 hours' written notice, cancel without sufficient notice, or do not attend your appointment, your session will be considered forfeited.

A forfeited session cannot be refunded or transferred, and you will need to make a new booking and payment if you wish to arrange another session.

Psychic Angel is not responsible for missed appointments resulting from failure to check or respond to booking communications.

Longer coaching journeys, packages or programmes may have additional terms and conditions specific to that service.

Any additional terms will be provided before payment is taken and will form part of the agreement for that service.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions and choices during and after any coaching session or tarot reading.

Psychic Angel provides guidance, reflection and support, but cannot make decisions on your behalf or control the actions, feelings, choices or behaviour of another person.

Services are available to adults aged 18 and over only.

Psychic Angel will treat information shared during coaching sessions and readings with appropriate care and discretion, subject to any legal obligations that may apply.

Psychic Angel is committed to providing a respectful and supportive environment.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Psychic Angel reserves the right to end a session or decline future bookings where necessary.

By booking a session, purchasing a coaching package or participating in a tarot reading, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Psychic Angel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable at the time of your booking will apply to that service.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

All original content contained on www.psychicangel.co.uk, including but not limited to website text, written materials, coaching content, original concepts, programmes, exercises, graphics, images, photographs, videos, audio, downloadable materials, branding and other original materials, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the copyright and intellectual property rights in original materials created by Psychic Angel belong to Psychic Angel or the relevant rights holder.

You may view and access this website for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You must not, without prior written permission from Psychic Angel: copy, reproduce or republish our website content; reproduce or distribute our coaching materials, programmes, exercises or written materials; copy or adapt our original concepts, frameworks, wording or teaching materials; reproduce, modify or commercially use our photographs, graphics, videos or other original media; download, reproduce or distribute our content for use in another business; use our content to create or promote competing services; remove copyright or ownership notices from our materials; or reproduce our website content on another website, social media account, course, publication or other platform.

You may share links to our website and publicly available content, provided that you do not imply that the content belongs to you or that you are affiliated with Psychic Angel.

Permission may be granted for specific uses at the sole discretion of Psychic Angel, and must be obtained in writing before the material is reproduced or used.
