Live readings carry a 5-minute guarantee: if you are not happy within the first five minutes, you will receive a full refund. No refund is available after the first five minutes.

Your reading will either be booked for an agreed date and time, or delivered as a digital PDF file by email. No physical item will be shipped.

Multi-week and multi-month coaching programmes are booked by application and are subject to their own terms, which will be sent to you before any payment is taken.
